Made this Sunday for the get-together yesterday. It was a MAJOR HIT! Why do we usually only make brittles at the winter holidays? After you mentioned the hint of maple, I took the liberty of using 1/2 teaspoon of real maple syrup in place of some of the corn syrup. Seemed perfect to us Delicious. Brittle does Summer lol.
