I love recipes with unusual ingredients and this one was fun to make. I used a mix of chocolate chips, cinnamon chips and walnuts.

The cookie dough was wetter than I expected so I didn't roll them or flatten them. I just plopped generous cookie scoops on to the baking sheet and they came out perfect. The color of the dough was a little off-putting but they came out of the oven looking like innocent, normal cookies. The softness was unbelievable.

I had a lot of fun telling people they were made with avocado!
