We had never tasted coconut creme pie before this recipe. It is very rich and creamy! Delish! The recipe had a very good vanilla flavor. I did not chop the coconut either and it worked out great. I also made my own graham cracker crust and it was a perfect compliment to the creaminess of the pie. It was a real hit!
