With or without the nuts or raisins. My husband always suggests that chocolate chips would be great. I haven’t tried it but they would be sort of like pumpkin chocolate chip cookies then. Like all recipes I think this is just a base and you make it your own by adding what you like.

The recipe makes many more than 36 which is a good thing as I like to have fresh cookies available. I didn’t add raisins, but I’m sure the cookies would taste great with them.
