It was delicious!!! one thing I noticed was it never specified what size springform pan to use. I wasn’t sure so I used my middle sized one. The cake rose past the top by the 40 minute mark. I added the topping and it stayed on. I also think it could have cooked an extra 5-10 minutes, probably because I should have used the larger pan. It still was delicious and I would make it again!!!
