		<description><![CDATA[This was a good dessert, but no wow factor. I feel like a different fruit would have been better- the vanilla flavor and apple was not ideal in my opinion. Maybe pear or berries would be nice- although also likely wetter, so not totally sure it would work.

This was super easy to put together and cooking time seemed right on. The ingredients did not quite all fit in a 9″ pie plate so I left out about 1/4 cup of the batter, that did not seem to be a problem though.]]></description>
