The kind a good bakery would make. The food processor worked great for the dough. I made that the night before, then took out the dough from the fridge as soon as I got up. I froze the extra pieces for lazy mornings and plan to experiment w/other fruit pie fillings. Next up, I’m thinking of a brown sugar cinnamon mixture inside. Thanks again Shelly…and mom-in-law.

I’ve never used a processor for the dough, but don’t see why you couldn’t.
