		<description><![CDATA[the smell and taste of this caramel is utterly delightful.. it wouldn&#039;t &#039;set&#039;, though, only in the fridge would it be tough enough to hold shape, as soon as I take it out it soft again though..I followed the recipe to the letter, any idea what the issue might be?]]></description>
