I added probably too many apples so it was about 60% apples and 40% batter but it came out great. I also left out the nuts and added a cup of whole cranberries. The cranberries added a great pop of flavor and next time I’ll do half cranberries. Its a thin cake as it shows in the picture, but we liked it. Doesn’t really need the sauce or frosting.
