Love this frosting! Have used it quite a few times now, it never fails, is really glossy and easy to work with. Too bad I always make too much… promise the kids I’ll make more cookies but then we don’t until the next month and by then I’ve already chucked the frosting! lol

This has become my favorite icing for sugar cookies,it taste better than royal frosting and is easy to work with. My toddler grandaughter and I made sugar cookies and used this fabulous frosting. It was easy for little fingers to work with.

This is my third time making this icing and I think it’s quite versitile. Tonight I made heart cookies for the local library fundraiser. I whipped up the cookies, made the icing and now their in packages.

The plain color did well in the cookie bags, however when I started to add additional decoration, it got pretty sticky and some of them smudged. Live n learn I guess. I think I should have made both icings slightly thicker waited a bit longer for the first color to set and THEN add the second coloring.

Great icing though. I everyone compliments me on their rich color and unique taste.

This frosting is amazing! Great consistency for both outlining and flooding and beautiful colour/shine. Used it for sugar cookies this past Christmas and the kids adn I had a blast making cookies.

Tastes so yummy when it dries too!

This was the perfect frosting for all of my Sugar Cookies this Christmas. I had so many compliments about the great taste and the shiny appearance. I even used it to decorate some cupcakes that I entered into a Cupcake Challenge. This is a GREAT recipe.

Great recipe! The icing does harden, but never gets crunchy. It’s easy to adjust the thickness for spilling, etc. I found it easy to use, and perfect with the sugar cookie recipe. Amanda, the cookies on your blog are simply AMAZING!
