Soooo good! I used pistachio pudding because I couldn’t fine coconut. And I can’t imagine it being any better. Wow!

I made this for a labor day picnic for a group of 40 and it was a huge hit! I used sugar free Mandarin Oranges and lite cool whip to cut down on sugar (not impacting the flavor). I will be sure to make this one again!

Just made this today for the first time and it was a big hit. Very easy to make and the cake itself is good by itself (but why waste the topping!) So glad I found this recipe.

Just fabulous!! Such a crowd pleaser! I used vanilla pudding(powder only) since I couldn’t find coconut and I added a can of Betty Crocker WHIPPED Cream Cheese Frosting to the topping. I will be making this again and again!!

Wonderful cake! Very easy to make and always a crowd pleaser. I couldn’t locate coconut pudding mix so I used vanilla instead. For the yellow cake I used a gluten free cake mix. Tasted great!

This sounds amazing! We have a coconut allergy in my house, so I’m thinking either banana or lemon pudding instead?
