Also, my favorite ice cream to eat it with is coconut- if you’ve never had warm bananas and coconut ice cream, well it’s amazing.

When we honeymooned in Aruba they had a dessert similar to this with a butterscotch sauce that was heavenly. I’m going to make this for my hubby on our anniversary coming up!
