I actually looked forward to my leftover turkey sandwich for lunch today because of this spread. I was amazed that the wasabi wasn’t overpowering, but it did come together much like a honey mustard with the sweetness and the slight zip of the wasabi. Great recipe!

I just tried this on a leftover turkey sandwich and it was fantastic! I used to buy French’s wasabi horseradish mayo, but I think that with the soy sauce this was actually better. I just noticed that I forgot the honey, which I’m sure would make it even better.
