		<description><![CDATA[For starters, this sauce is very tasty. There is no getting around this. I followed the recipe to the &quot;T&quot;. The whole family liked it. 
My wife and I had a conversation after dinner and agreed that there was something missing. We have yet to put our finger on it. I have canned the remaining 3 jars for future use and expect it won&#039;t be long before we use them. 
I think it was slightly sour and needs thickened without disrupting the flavor of the sauce.  It reminded me of Bulls Eye on steriods. I recommend this sauce to everyone who likes a lot of tang! Thank you Tara for a great recipe!!]]></description>
