No….thank you Suzzzz for sharing the recipe. I thought that I’d do what you suggested in making up a batch of it and giving it out to family and friends. You just confirmed it as something I should do….and I will. Like I said, your Uncle Rocky was a wonderful person to ask you to share the recipe. Happiness to you and yours during the upcoming holiday’s.

I just signed up to this site just so that I could thank you for posting your Uncle Rocky’s (I assume that’s his name) World Famous Fry Sauce recipe.

I don’t know if he’s still alive or not, I hope he is, but I would like for you to thank him for giving you the recipe and asking you to share it with others. A heart felt thank you Dear and to Rocky. It sounds delicious!

I can’t wait to make it but, am worried that I’ll need about a ton of potato’s for that much sauce. Whew……..I better get busy peelin’.

Let me know how you like it! My uncle owned Rocky’s in Smithfield, UT for a long time, he had to close down a few years ago. The day we were cleaning out the restaurant he asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted the old laminated guest check that had the fry sauce recipe on it, he kept it taped to the underside of his desk. He gave it to me and told me I now owned his secret recipe and to enjoy and share. I’m just spreading the joy.
