I cut my chicken in small chunks and marinated them for 30 minutes. I also modified the amount of ginger and garlic. I used powdered ginger and put in only ONE Tbl and used pre-chopped garlic and used only ONE Tbl. It turned out perfect.
I chopped asparagus and carrots and served this all over white rice. Can’t wait to use this marinade again.
