Hubs said, &quot;I&#039;m not sure I&#039;d call this a caramel sauce,&quot; stating he could taste the honey right away.  Good, though! Maybe a dark brown sugar would make it taste more caramelized.]]></description>

Needless to say my spoon was quickly scraping the bottom of the empty jar.  Love the way the honey enhances the flavor.  I added sea salt to deepen the flavor.  Delicious!]]></description>
