		<description><![CDATA[I have actually tried this in the past, with and without starch.  I have a corn allergy and was trying to replicate powdered sugar for my frostings.  It just isn&#039;t even close.  Commercial powdered sugar is made is commercial grinders and sifters that my blender and/or food processor can&#039;t come close to.  I did, however, find powdered sugar with potato starch at Whole Foods.  Additionally, you can find it in the Passover section of regular or kosher grocery stores in the weeks preceding Passover.]]></description>
