I made this recipe for Thanksgiving for two so I halved the recipe and it worked fine and was really easy. Baking the cranberries keeps them semi-whole so they stay pretty. My husband doesn't like cinnamon so I substituted allspice and I thought it was yummy!

This looks so pretty !!
I made a new version last night .......came out looking very pretty just like yours. I always make 1-2 new things every holiday.
I haven't used the marmalade yet but looking forward to it. I have 3 turkeys in the freezer, so will make this soon.
My new one was with orange juice, dried c'berries, cranberry juice, frozen c'berries & sugar. Had to restrain myself from eating it straight from the pan !!
Thanks for sharing yours.........
