		<description><![CDATA[This reminds me of the BBQ sauce my Grandmother loved so much.  She would &quot;mop&quot; the chicken while on the grill with the sauce flavored butter or oil that rises to top of the sauce.  When the chicken was cooked all the way through is when she would dip her &quot;mop&quot; all the way to the bottom of the sauce and start spreading  it on the chicken.  Talk about moist flavorful BBQed chicken!  She always used lemon juice instead of vinegar, and I have to agree with her choice.  It seems that the lemon juice makes it &quot;fresher&quot; and lighter, but still just as flavorful.  Thanks for the great recipe, and the reminder of my Grandmother.]]></description>
