		<description><![CDATA[Four mitts! Nothing so different I hadn&#039;t had a variation of it before, but still quite tasty. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, as it was all I had handy. I let them marinate overnight, which was a little too long for chicken but not so much that it ruined them. I&#039;d probably only do 5 or 6 hours next time if I used chicken, though.

I left the salt out and used low sodium soy sauce. It was still fairly salty, but not overly so, so I would recommend those changes is using on white meat. It was a bit tangy, a bit salty, and overall deliciously savory! I am looking forward to trying this with beef next time!
