I love everything cranberry and always have some in my freezer. I will be mixing up a batch or two to have in my fridge all the time. Can’t wait to try it on all kinds of different foods. Thanks so much for sharing!

I made this last night and it was WONDERFUL! I used lemon instead of orange simply because I prefer lemon to orange and I think that lemon and cranberry is a delightful combination. I digress. I added a little more honey and the butter tasted great. I chilled it while making waffles and the flavour got even better as it sat. There’s a recipe by Emily for Gingerbread Waffles on this site, goes amazingly well with the cranberry butter. I’m a hero at home and noone has to know how simple it was to make.

I made this for Thanksgiving, and my whole family raved about it. Super easy and good. I think this would make a nice little homemade gift for the holidays.
