		<description><![CDATA[I followed the recipe exactly as written and that&#039;s where things went wrong. It was terrible like eating a raw garlic clove (it burned my nose). My 5 garlic cloves were pretty large so I should have scaled back. I tried to cut added more mango, parsley, cilantro and cumin to cut the taste but it didn&#039;t work. I couldn&#039;t taste anything but garlic and &#039;green&#039; like grass. There&#039;s no way I can serve it as a sauce, so I&#039;m going to try using it as a marinade.

This might be a very good recipe, but I would advise to use 5 SMALL garlic cloves, and to add them one at a time and taste after each addition.]]></description>
