I’ve never cared for Alfredo Sauce because of how bloated it makes me feel that day after I’ve had it. This is and will be my new favorite sauce. I’ve made this at least a dozen times with everything. Poured over steamed veggies, with all different pasta combos, and even over different cuts of meat. It’s delicious and versatile!!!

I’m getting tired of my go-to alfredo recipe, and I wanted to try something new. I didn’t care for this one very much. It was really garlicy.

So so good! It was nice to have a creamy sauce and have no guilt!! My 3 year old loved it also, will make this sauce again many times!

I just saw a recipe resembling this but they added 2 tblespns of low fat cream cheese. I may have to try it both ways. thanks for the recipe

Ahh! This made me really really excited! I’m always avoiding creamy pastas because of their calorie/fat content. I’ll probably even add some veggies
