Keto Blue Cheese Dressing is the perfect, low carb, keto friendly dressing you have been looking for! Great for a salad topper or as a dip for your chicken wings. This creamy, homemade dressing recipe will have you wondering why you ever bought a store brand!

In a medium size bowl, mix together heavy cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.

Gently stir in blue cheese to keep chunky. Check for seasoning and serve!

Notes:
• This dressing will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks. Store bought keeps much longer because of the preservatives!
• This recipe made 1 1/3 cups and each serving is 2 tablespoons.
• If your keto blue cheese dressing is too thick out of the refrigerator, add a bit of half-and-half or milk. Start with 1 tablespoon and add more if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
• This can be made with store bought blue cheese crumbles, or you can buy a high quality blue cheese and crumble it yourself.

See my recipe box for Burrito Bowl meal. Serve this dressing with burrito bowls or tacos.

Peel avocados, remove pits, and scoop out flesh. Hopefully it is the perfect day and your avocados are well-ripened but not brown inside. Puree all the ingredients until very smooth. I use my immersion blender for this. Add enough water to make the dressing pourable. It will get runnier the longer it sits. The dressing doesn’t keep well in the fridge, only up to 3 days.

This dressing is good served over a burrito bowl mea, over beef, chicken, or fish tacos, over taco salad or garden salad.

Mix this recipe (or half a recipe) together with your favorite ranch dressing for a tasty salad dressing similar to Chick-fil-A’s Avocado-Lime-Ranch dressing.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend 1–2 minutes until smooth.

Adjust amount of green onions to your taste. I like to add more than 2 stalks to make a pretty green dressing.

Serve on tacos or salad. It tastes great on chicken tacos.
