		<description><![CDATA[Yumm.  Sounds delish.   This is also how I make apple butter.  I use only enough sugar to take away any bite the apples may have.  throw in some spices and let them cook in the slow cooker for 18 to 24 hours with the lid only half on.  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
