		<description><![CDATA[I was a bit lazy.  I filled my vitamix with the watermelon, fresh mint and the fresh ginger and blended.  I put it in the cooking pot, added the rest of the ingredients and cooked it down.  Still tasted great!  Thanks for the recipe!]]></description>
