I have been asked for this recipe many times, I always just tell people to go this website. I even made a whole batch to give to a friend who watched my children a few times this past year. I didn’t need the whole pepper or five jalapenos, I just went by the cup amounts instead. It set up just fine.

This recipe turned out great! I was VERY happy with the finished product. I read that a comment said their jelly turned out watery. Make sure you bring the jelly to a full boil both times as specified in the recipe. If that is done, it will set.

I will be using this again next year! Thanks for sharing.

Hmmm… If it’s watery then my thought is that you may not have cooked the sugar mixture long enough. Make sure it comes to a full, rolling, violent boil.

It has turned out too watery both times I’ve tried to make this…any advice on what I might be doing wrong?
