Thanks for posting. Can’t wait to try it! Also thanks for posting how to get the juice. My husband and I were in San Antonio at Acenar and had a prickly pear martini and I swear it was the best drink ever. I begged the bartender to tell me how to make it and he said it was from a can. I was so sad.
