A perfect combination of sweet and spicey! I’m sort of new at canning, so maybe my critique is due to user error, but it came out much more runny than I expected it…does it need more pectin, or did I do something wrong? I’ll still use it (it’s not the end of the world for it to be runny when you pair it with cream cheese and crackers), but just not sure where I went wrong.
