Most recipes only call for continuing the cooking time for 1 minute after adding pectin. Thanks! ~Peggy]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I made this last night and it was delicious!  I probably almost doubled the amount of sage because I had fresh-picked sage from our CSA.  I used sweet Spanish onion and it turned out great.
