		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for sharing this recipe!  I cooked mine for longer than 15 minutes trying to get it so most of the liquid evaporated.  I suspect I used a different grade of maple syrup as mine was more brown than shown in the photo.  It still tastes fantastic, though.]]></description>
