		<description><![CDATA[Lovely recipe! My jam set up beautifully and tastes amazing-I scraped the bottom of the pan and ate what was left straight from the spoon. YUM! I did do a hot water bath for 15 minutes, and all of the jars popped as soon as I removed them from the canner.]]></description>
