		<description><![CDATA[I made butter tonight with the kids.  We used a 2 quart jar instead of just a 1 quart.  After reading the reviews above, Iwaited till after it was rinsed to salt it.  It didnt take as long as I thought, and it turned out great.  We all had fun.]]></description>

I may try making the butter in the mixer then transferring to a jar for washing! For a saltier butter I add salt after all the whey is drained and the butter is washed.  Otherwise, most of the salt just drains away with the liquid.]]></description>
