		<description><![CDATA[I switched from using corn starch to using clear jel in my pie fillings.  It makes a less cloudy product and holds up better to baking without breaking down. According to the USDA it also preserves better, but I don&#039;t know for sure; I just know that my filling looks better and holds up better to baking now!]]></description>
