My neighbor gave us 2 buckets full of Granny Smiths and I am finding new ways to use — your recipe was perfect!!! I used Splenda Blend (hubby is diabetic) and it turned out perfect!! We will use this on toast, pancakes, ice cream, just out of the jar….. Thank you!
