		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s been a few years since I&#039;ve canned pears. Nice easy to follow instructions with lovely results!  The pears had started to brown a bit in the air, but as stated, bounced back to their original color once in the syrup.

I had some leftover syrup and some soft pears that will become a nice melomel.]]></description>
