		<description><![CDATA[Delicious jam! I followed suggestions from other posters and cut sugar back to 5 cups.  I used 10 peaches per batch, as that was just over 3 pounds.  I had cinnamon sticks, but opted to use 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon because it was easier and I was making several batches.  I made five batches and each batch yielded 8 or 9 1/2-pint jars. Will definitely be making more!]]></description>

I cut way back on the sugar I did 4 1/2 cups, but I have fresh peaches we picked ourselves already ripe so that may factor in.  I love the cinnamon stick addition, sooo yummy!]]></description>

It may be a personal preference, and it didn&#039;t make as much, but I was very happy with the results!  I just cooked it a little longer to make sure the mixture jelled.  I will definitely be getting more peaches to make more!  I&#039;m sure my batch will go fast!  Scaling back on the sugar, my batch made just shy of 4 jelly jars.]]></description>
