		<description><![CDATA[I think the reason for the &#039;acid question&#039; is that the older varieties of tomatoes have a lot more acid than some of the newer hybrids. If its an old variety you could probably skip the acid but if you don&#039;t know or its a newer hybrid, I&#039;d err on the side of caution. Looks yummy and I can&#039;t wait for the summer crop to come in!]]></description>
