I have been looking for a candied jalapeno recipe for a long time. I have bought them before, but didn't know how to make them. Even my Coop Extension Service didn't know. I love them with cream cheese, etc. How many jalapenos do I need to slice? Sorry, but I have to have exact measurements!!!

I'm sure you could omit the cayenne powder and add the garlic and onion since you do process them in a water bath. They're wonderful, but I do highly recommend removing most of the seeds. The first batch I made I didn't remove the seeds and they were just too hot!
