I made this recipe according to directions, and the result was a glop similar to the mud used to cover drywall seams. The waffle Iron won't cook it. It has to be scraped off the surface. I added another egg and more milk and put it into the refrigerator. I'll try to make pancakes with it tomorrow. No way will the "batter" make pancakes. If you haven't tried it, don't. You'll waste your money of the ingredients, and coconut flour is not inexpensive.

Very intriguing recipe. Using leftover rice for waffles. When I get a waffle iron, I'll definitely try this.
