Very good! Light and crisp, not heavy at all! I added a little cinnamon and nutmeg to the mix and a little powered sugar to increase the sweetness.

These were delicious! I made them this morning and will definitely make again. I added some extra vanilla and they were absolutely wonderful.

We love, love, love these waffles! For freezing, I like to “flash freeze” them for about 20 minutes first. Helps the tops to not get gummy. Then I put them into a ziploc freezer bag. I don’t wrap them in plastic wrap because they don’t last more than a week in the freezer anyway at my house.
