These will definitely be made many more times. I was worried about the amount of butter, but I think that may be what made these the best looking (golden brown) waffles I’ve made. My only change was using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream because it turns out the sour cream container in the fridge had leftovers in it – not sour cream!
