So Thao a flash in my mind. When the children have Spring break from school (soon!) I always plan activities as you know. So, this is one of them. They’ll love it. I intend to use small hoagie/sub rolls (from the bakery) pre-cooked bacon and my gang loves scrambled eggs-so scrambled eggs in the hole with two sides of bacon. Genius and fun! I’ll let you know after we make these gems. Your TK bud always, Cheryl. Psssst. Don’t you love how I adapt your creations/recipes???
