I have had this recipe in my box for sometime. Bought cardamom pods, roasted and ground them just for this recipe. What an unexpected twist! I think the lemon zest and the cardamom work off of each other, I was worried about the amount of cinnamon as I use ground Siagon cinnamon (read strong) but you could barely tell it was in there. 5 mitts up!
