Great as is or to dr up to suit different tastes. I often times switch up the types of nuts used or add pumpkin seeds. I’ve even added pumpkin purée to make a pumpkin granola. I love that this recipe uses weights as the measure, makes it super easy to just set my bowl on the scale and dump all the ingredients in. Try this granola, it’s good and easy!
