They taste just like the waffles from my favorite breakfast joint (a VERY high compliment) and the texture is just great. I’m sure the beaten egg whites are the key. Will definitely make again.

(I added 2 tablespoons of sugar to the dry ingredients. We’re not big syrup eaters, so we like the waffles themselves to be slightly sweet.)
