		<description><![CDATA[That was such a large quantity of cinnamon, I found it tedious to get it all mixed in to the egg batter, and was then surprised I still didn&#039;t taste a heavy cinnamon. Weird. Maybe I need to replace my jar. I also added a splash of vanilla extract. I used some stale sub rolls instead of french bread. It did not seem like it was soaking up enough batter, but the result was perfect. Because of the shape and thickness, the kid ate it like finger food (like a sub...) so I did not even volunteer syrup. Delicious!]]></description>
