So easy and really yummy! A big hit when I made these for a crowd. I thought it seemed like a lot of filling, but I divided it all up between the number of croissants and they came out great. I was surprised how much filling you can roll up in there.

So yummy and so easy! I made them for a snack tonight. I added a little garlic powder and onion powder to give a little extra kick. Also, on some of them I added some diced Jalapeno on top of the mixture.

I make these using a muffin pan. I put the crescents in the muffin cups, fill with the mixture, then fold the corners over. They are a hit!

Made this yesterday. I'm flying solo, so I halved the recipe. I'm also lazy, so I spread half a can of the crescent roll dough in a square glass backing dish, threw in the sausage cream cheese mixture (to which I added a few drops of Texas Pete for kick), and spread the other half of the dough on top. Baking it for about 14 minutes in my oven resulted in easy Sunday morning deliciousness!

I made these yesterday and they turned out wonderfully! Quick, easy, and delicious—can it get any better? The only issue I encountered was that I doubled the recipe and was left with about a third of the sausage/cream cheese filling left over. Do you normally stuff the crescent rolls REALLY full?

These are very yummy. I make with these slight changes: I can't cook any ground meat without onion, so I pulverize onion, and add to brown with my sausage. Drain your meat mixture very well. I cannot eat the HOT sausage, so I use mild and add a little heat and texture by spooning out the “solids” from picante sauce, no liquid. Instead of rolling up like a crescent roll, I make a “bundle” or turnover. The crescent roll style gives you more roll, the turnover gives you more filling. Either way they are delicious.
