I just made this for breakfast this morning. I liked the combination of flavors but it did not have any sweetener. I added some maple syrup and then topped it off with some glazed pecans! I used plain canned pumpkin so maybe I should have used pumpkin pie filling?

This is so good. Fall is here and I love pumpkin anything this time of year. Tried this and it was truly delicious!

This is my favorite breakfast in the fall/winter! I sometimes buy canned pumpkin pie mix and use that instead of pumpkin puree since it has the spices already mixed in.

I LOVE this dish! I’ve made a similar version of this for a couple of years (using pumpkin pie spice), and it’s so filling and delicious and healthy!
